ACS Education Foundation, Inc. is a U.S. Charitable organization, recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a section 501(c)(3) organization.
ACS Education Foundation, Inc. is organized for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes, and may conduct activities designed to help children and young people, including by supporting educational institutions. As part of its mission, ACS Education Foundation, Inc. makes grants to other organizations to support educational, scientific, and charitable activities that further its charitable purposes.
Unless otherwise specified, your donation will be used for general support of educational, scientific, and charitable activities of ACS Education Foundation, Inc., without restriction.
ACS Education Foundation, Inc. may approve grants for specific projects of the American Community School of Abu Dhabi (“ACS”); you may indicate your interest in supporting any of these initiatives:
- Supporting ACS campus expansions to push the boundaries of American education excellence in the region
- Providing social-emotional wellness programs to promote wellbeing and build confidence for students
- Promoting greater cultural understanding between the US & the UAE
- Strengthening innovative and globally leading programs to expand global citizenship
- Enhancing world languages education, including a leading Arabic program, for greater cultural understanding.
In conformance with IRS guidelines, ACS Education Foundation, Inc. does not accept contributions that are required to be distributed to any other organization. ACS Education Foundation, Inc. retains the right to use the funds for other tax-exempt purposes listed in section 501(c)(3).
